The Weather May Change Daily, But Your Texas Auto Insurance Policy Should Always Be Reliable!

2/13/2012 7:00:00 AM

For the people who've lived in Southeast Texas for any amount of time, the weather has become somewhat of a joke. We'll have near freezing temperatures in October, but it's 80 degrees on Christmas day. Last week we were approaching the upper 70s, but our forecasters are now warning us about sleet and hail in the coming days. It's hard to know how much clothing to wear and if an umbrella should be part of your plan.

The week seems like it may start off in a less than ideal way - especially for those with an already long morning commute. With strong winds and a chance for an isolated tornado, the Houston Chronicle is reporting that you should pack an umbrella along with some patience for your Monday drive times.

Unfortunately, Houston drivers do not usually fare well when it comes to rainy and hazardous weather. Houston drivers tend to be overly confident, overly aggressive, and less than patient on the roadways. It's incredibly important that we all look out for one another one the roads and try to be even more alert than usual as we make our way to work in the morning.

Whether it's a chance for body damaging hail or icy roads that we're not accustomed to, your car needs to be protected no matter what the weather. You can't depend on the weather in Texas, but you can depend on your Texas Auto Insurance policy. Your Texas Auto Insurance policy should be reliable and offer full coverage of all of your needs. Our Texas Auto Insurance policies are comprehensive and well priced.
